Our story so far
Stark Developers was established by the Stark Family in 2019, originally building luxury properties across the South-East of England.
Post-Covid, when so many of us had to stay indoors, the Stark Family realised that what families really needed was better quality, and more affordable, homes.
So, in 2021, the company changed it's strategy: to become one of the newest, but boldest, housing developers in London. And given that since COVID, there are more than 40% fewer rental properties on the market, companies like us need to take action FAST.
